It's funny how we create loopholes for our conscience, as if we could ever actually fool it into believing we aren’t actually breaking our own rules. We use weak justifications to keep ourselves from feeling guilty, because guilt means that we have defied our morals and to defy one’s own morals is to lose control.

I think there’s a lot to be said in defense of losing control.
